Counseling

Behavioral Bilingual Services also known as BBS Counseling provides counseling services to members of our community who wish to improve the quality of their lives and relationships. Counselors at Bilingual Behavioral Services strive to assist clients in empowering themselves to use their own strengths to make positive changes in their daily lives. Our counseling services are confidential as well as family centered and solution focused. We provide counseling services for children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual, couple/marital and family therapy.

Counseling services are provided by Licensed Clinical Social Workers and graduate level clinical student interns who are under the direct supervision of LCSW’s. Counseling services are provided in English and Spanish based on the client’s preference.
Some of the many issues that counseling can assist with are:

• Depression, sadness or hopelessness
• Anxiety, panic or overwhelming fear
• Marital or relationship problems
• Parenting issues
• Behavioral problems of children
• Family violence or abuse
• Sexual abuse
• Alcohol or drug abuse
• Anger management
• Stress management
• Self esteem issues
• Grief and loss
• Anything interfering with the quality of a person’s life.
